FEMRITE partners with AWDF to host the Regional Non-fiction Writing Workshop for young women. So far three workshops have been held; 2014 at Imperial Botanical Resort Beach Hotel, Entebbe where twenty two participants were hosted, 2015 at Commonwealth Resort Beach Hotel Munyonyo, also with twenty two participants and later in 2019 in Ghana. This was due to the health situation in Uganda at the time. Twenty participants were hosted.
